>> Can I Return the Goods to FPV Model?
Yes, all the products that purchased from FPV Model come with 30 days warranty. The return must be done within 30 days of the purchase and the product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. Our service centers do not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified.
Should your product be faulty, please photograph the parcel and its contents (For some products, a short video is required). The photos must show products, parcel and packing materials clearly. You may return it back to us for a full refund or replacement.
Please note that the 30 days warranty is for problems resulting from manufacturing defects. Damaged caused by improper installation, use or damage resulting from the crash will not be covered.
>> Can I Get a Full Refund?
If you are not happy with them, you may return them back to us for a full refund on the products price, but the refund may not include shipping costs. For those orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
>> My Product is Broken, Can I Return for Repairing?
If the products are damaged resulting from improper installation / use or after long-time use, and you would like to return back for repairing. The shipping cost of sending back should be pre-paid by your end.
After repairing, we will send the products to you via Registered Airmail. If you would like to choose other shipping methods, you will need to pay the extra shipping cost by yourself.

For the customers from the United States and Canada, please contact us before returning the goods. Some of the goods can be directly returned to our US warehouse to save your time and money. For the customers from other countries and areas, please help to send back to our China address.
If you return the goods to our China warehouse, please return by Airmail with tracking or EMS. Due to the strict customs policies, we may fail to get the returning goods if ship via Fedex, DHL, TNT or other couriers. Also, please declare at a low value to avoid high tax and customs clearance problem.
