>> What Shipping Methods Can I Use?

FPV Model offers three major shipping methods: EMS, DHL and Registered Airmail. The delivery time for different shipping methods is different. Sometimes due to the different policies in some areas, we may change to use other couriers like Fedex and TNT, so as to ensure a safe delivery.

For some products that marked with "Free DHL Shipping", we will ship via DHL unless get your special instructions. For the areas that DHL can not arrive, well change to ship via EMS or other shipping methods.

NOTE: Please note that the shipping time may be affected by many reasons, like bad weather, customs clearance and big strike in desitinated country. We can not 100% guarantee the orders will deliver to your end within the estimated date.

>> Why I Fail to Choose Registered Airmail?

Due to the low shipping rate, some customers would like to choose registered airmail for the shipping. But sometimes it may fail to choose it because the parcel size may have exceeded the limit of 60cm.

>> Why I was Asked to Pay DHL Remote Area Handling Fee?

For most of the cases, you do not need pay any surcharge for DHL shipping. But If your location is belong to the "Remote Area" that defined by DHL, you will be asked to pay a specail handling fee for remote area delivery.
